"Have you ever done that thing where you stand in a door frame, and then extend your arms out so that the top of your arms are pushing against the door frame? You know, then you push out as hard as you can for 15, 20, 30 seconds. And when you finally let go and step out of the frame and let your arms go slack they start to raise automatically, without you doing anything? For me it almost feels like I'm a puppet, and someone's pulling some imaginary strings. It's this weird out-of-body feeling where you can see your arms raising, your own arms, but you can't control them. It's freeing in a way. This weird acceptance that you don't have to be in control all the time, that sometimes you can do things without having to think about them first." - Jordan Villegas
